Everything we make is handmade to order by Rob in our small workshop. Our current turnaround times are listed at the top of our website - at the time of writing this is 6 - 8 weeks, though this may be a little longer (by agreement) for more custom items. There are options during checkout to allow for a faster turnaround time, and if your item is required by a specific date please let us know. Once complete we will post your item via RM Special Delivery or the most appropriate international carrier - tracking details will be provided upon despatch.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please contact us to confirm delivery times before placing an order, as shipping durations can vary. Be aware that there may be taxes or customs charges depending on your country, which are beyond our control. We recommend researching these potential costs before ordering.

We use eco-friendly packaging to ensure your order arrives safely without unnecessary plastic. Our rings are packaged in attractive card ring boxes with an embossed logo. For shipping, we use strong paper and card-based packaging (Jiffy green bags) that can be easily reused or recycled.

We certainly can, although we haven't added the option to our listings yet. Please get in touch if you would like your order gift wrapping. 

Every piece of jewellery is made to order, so unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. If there is any problem at all with your order please get in touch with us and we will do our best to resolve it. We want you to be happy with your new ring as much as you do!   

If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 48 hours of placing it. Beyond that point we may have started work or ordered materials for your order, in which case we will offer a fair, but partial refund.  

Hallmarking is required only if your ring exceeds certain weights: silver items above 7.78g, gold items above 1g, and platinum items above 0.5g. This weight includes all metals combined but excludes materials like slate or wood. Most of our silver rings weigh between 3-6g, so typically only larger silver, gold, or platinum rings require hallmarking. For more details, visit our hallmarking page.
