9ct Yellow Gold and Westmorland Slate, custom Mountain Inlay Ring
 
Estimated size W, 6mm or 7mm wide mountain ring featuring bespoke mountain outline - exact viewpoint / design to be confirmed during design phase 
 
Amount of gold required - 8.5g-10g (please note this is an approximation. Subject to confirmation of sizing)
 
(NB the website price of ring if we provide all the gold is £1128) 
 
Amount of customer's gold - 14.26g in the form of one longer chain, hallmarked 375 (9ct gold) and one shorter length of chain, no hallmark found. 
 
During the making process, the chain/s will be melted and used to make your mountain ring. Any remaining gold will be returned to you in the form of a gold ingot. This can then be used in future items for you if you would like.
 
To make your ring - £650
 
This would include sizing rings, all labour, additional materials needed, the bespoke design sent via email (which all mountain rings get) postage and hallmarking. If you'd like an engraving on the inside of the ring, we could do that too.
 
As part of the process, we will send you sizing rings to ensure a perfect fit. We also create a digital mockup of your chosen skyline so you can see what the ring will look like. Only once this has been approved will be make your final ring.
 
*** Care and Protection ***
The slate inlay is porous, so we apply lots of layers of protective coating to protect it and keep your ring looking stunning. This coating shouldn't require more than the occasional clean with soapy water and a soft cloth.
We recommend removing the ring before lifting heavy objects. Do not expose to chemicals like acetone, which can affect the slate coating.
