Silver and Westmorland Slate ring - handmade to order in any size
 
This stunning ring is handmade from 100% recycled silver. The outside is made from Westmorland Green slate, quarried from the heart of the Lake District. The slate is built in layers before being carefully sanded, polished and coated with 30-40 coats of protective coating. 
 
This ring would be a wonderful and slightly alternative gift for anyone, and would work equally well as a wedding band or anniversary present.

All UK/AU sizes are available from the drop down menu, but if you need a specific size please drop us a message. 
 
This style of ring is available in practically and width you like. If you have a specific width in mind that isn't listed, please let us know.
 
*** Care and Protection ***
The slate inlay is porous, so we apply a clear protective coating to protect it and keep your ring looking stunning. This coating shouldn't require more than the occasional clean with soapy water and a soft cloth.  
 
We recommend removing the ring before lifting heavy objects, or before exposing to water for significant periods. Please have a look at the shop FAQs for more detail.
