We apply around 40 coats of hardwearing resin to cover the slate channel in your ring. This makes the ring totally waterproof and scratch resistant. This coating shouldn't require more than the occasional clean with soapy water and a soft cloth.

As with all gold jewellery, to keep it looking its best remove it before any activity involving pressure to the area (weight lifting, rock climbing).

We include a gold polishing cloth to keep the gold looking tip top.

Everything we make is handmade to order by Rob in our small workshop. Our current turnaround times should be listed at the top of our website - at the time of writing this is 6 - 8 weeks, though this may be a little longer (by agreement) for more custom items. There are options during checkout to allow for a faster turnaround time, and if your item is required by a specific date please let us know. Once complete we will post your item via RM Special Delivery or the most appropriate international carrier - tracking details will be provided upon despatch.
