Copper and bentwood European Oak Inlay ring, handmade to order in any size.

The inside of this ring is copper with rounded polished edges for a comfortable fit. It has a European Oak Inlay added using the bent wood method, resulting in a strong and durable finish.

Every piece of wood we use is different, resulting in a completely unique piece every time.

- For peace of mind, the wood used in all of our rings is sourced from FSC Certified suppliers where possible, and we only use recycled copper and silver.

** Sizing **

All UK/AU sizes are available from the drop down menu, but if you need a specific size please drop us a message.

This style of ring is available in widths of 4mm - 10mm, but if you would like something a bit wider just let us know in the messages.

Please take care to select the correct ring size (and width). Resizing rings is likely to incur a resizing charge. We have various options to help you if you don't know your size - just choose "I have no idea" as your size and we will be in touch!

Copper oxidises naturally over time and develops a unique patina, which can be cleaned off quite easily with a soft cloth soaked in lemon juice or vinegar - submerging the ring is not recommended.

Some people find that copper can cause discolouration of the skin. We apply a sealant layer to the copper to prevent this but be aware it wears off over time, please leave a comment in the notes to seller box if you don't want this applying.

The bent wood inlay is fairly hard wearing but it is still natural wood, so we recommend removing the ring before lifting heavy objects, or before exposing to water for significant periods.

Each ring ordered is custom made for the buyer, making each item customised and non returnable.

In the unlikely event that a ring arrives defective or we get the size wrong, then we will of course accept a return or exchange in that instance. If you have a problem then please contact us first and we will do everything we can to make it right.

We ask that if the ring doesn't fit you first make sure you are completely certain that your ring size is accurate before sending the ring back. If the ring is the size you requested initially (i.e. we haven't got it wrong) then the relevant resizing charge will apply to put it right. If we've made a mistake we will cover all costs in putting it right (including refunding your postage to us).
As you are probably aware, copper jewellery can oxidise and can cause discolouration to your fingers. The copper will also develop a patina over time. This is a natural reaction and isn't damage to the ring or copper "coming away".
To help prevent this, we coat our copper with a lacquer to protect the copper and form a barrier. However, the lacquer will wear off in time - to prevent this you can use clear nail varnish or a commercial jewellery sealer - there is plenty of information online whether you want to use something natural or buy a commercial product.
Some customers prefer the "raw" copper - if this is the case and you would not like the lacquer to be applied, please put this in the comments box.
